Had an amazing time with friends! We loved hitting Clärchens Ballhaus for some dancing and exploring along the river Spree. The hotel is super clean and close to transport options, making it easy to reach various attractions. Breakfast was decent, but parking is limited, so plan ahead!

The room for 3 could have been bigger. It felt a bit cramped at times, but it was still manageable for a short stay.

Limited parking availability!!! Slow elevator service!!! It's frustrating to deal with crowded areas when elevators just can’t keep up and parking spots are scarce. Additionally, the hairdryers barely functioned—bring your own!!!

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

We enjoyed our two-night family stay, but some areas need attention. The air conditioning struggled to keep us cool, causing discomfort. On a positive note, our room was clean and well-equipped. For dining, I suggest skipping dinner on-site, as the food quality was lacking. Try local restaurants instead!

We spent five nights here and really loved the variety of breakfast options and how clean everything was. The leisure room had some comfy couches and a big TV for relaxing after a long day. The mattress did have some dips in it, but it didn't ruin our time at all. 👍

We had a lovely stay with our three children at this hotel. The breakfast was decent, but what truly stood out was our nearby exploration of Clärchens Ballhaus, a charming dance hall that brought our evening to life. The staff even let us enjoy our takeaway dinner, making our evenings special.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

I had a fantastic time in Berlin thanks to the hotel's proximity to many attractions. Museum Island was less than 1 km away, and the U-Bahn station was literally across the street, making it super easy to get around the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast options were plentiful, fueling my weekend strolls through the beautiful parks nearby.

The room was very comfortable with sleek, soundproof features, including blackout curtains that ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the integrated USB ports for my devices and the kettle for a nice cup of tea. The location was fantastic for exploring Berlin, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options that I couldn't get enough of.

The hair dryer was frustrating to use, as it only worked intermittently.

I loved the cozy atmosphere of my room with its comfy chair and little table, perfect for some late-night study sessions! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly generous, with fresh fruit salads and a variety of pastries to kick-start my day. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a short jaunt from major transport links and iconic sights!
